Returns are allowed within 30 days of the date of purchase. Receipt information is required for a return.    Unwanted merchandise can be returned but shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping is at the expense of the customer.  Exchanges are permitted but shipping product back to the store is at the customer's expense and shipping will be charged for the outgoing replacement item. Goods damaged during shipping will be replaced at no charge with photographic proof of damage and must be requested within 3 days of receipt of product.

Please note that if expedited shipping is desired call the bookstore (817-921-8865) to place the order.  The shipping options available on the website do not yet include expedited shipping. If order is comprised of books only please select the Media Rate shipping.  Choosing Regular Ground will not facilitate the order arriving any sooner. Regular Ground is only for non-book merchandise or shipments of other merchandise that include books within the order.
